1. How much will a Demographic Mail Campaigns cost?
The most accurate answer is to budget for a range of .55 - .85 per piece mailed – total cost including postage and all related services. The exact cost depends on actual volume mailed and features of your campaign. All OM campaigns will fit within this budget range.

3. Who will I be working with? What are your qualifications?
Gary Smith is OM’s resident “Strategist”. He earned his BS degree in marketing from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill (1977) and has been working in the marketing field for over thirty years.
Smith is the President and founder of The TransForm Group (TTG), a marketing-operations firm in Atlanta, GA. TTG consists of a staff of twenty three professionals and growing.
Mr. Smith is also the creator of OrthoMail, a division of TTG, started in 2007.
Smith became interested in the Orthodontic industry after experiencing orthodontics through his four children and his adult treatment.
He researched the industry for over a year and discovered major trends were emerging that required fresh solutions regarding new patient acquisition.
OrthoMail has a very specific mission - increase new case starts for doctors starting a practice, growing a practicing or need to stop declining trends. This is accomplished through Demographic Mail Campaigns and Web Optimization. OM operates from the context of proven strategies based on mathematics and thirty years of marketing experience.
In this endeavor, Mr. Smith is assisted by Richard Dodson, VP of Marketing, Barb Lincoln, Director of Creative Services,and Mike Tiller, Manager of Client Services. Both will be involved in the “Facilitator” role after an agreed upon strategy has been determined.
4. Will this take up much of my time?
Because we have specialized in the Orthodontic niche, we have systems in place that minimize having to recreate the wheel for each individual client. We all benefit from this streamlining.
Maximum time required – two hours to review proofs and discuss strategy.
After that - it is up to you. We are always available when you need our time.
5. Will you be working with other Orthodontist in my area?
NO. We will not work with competing Doctors. This is discussed and defined in terms of a certain radius in miles from your office and active patient zip codes.
6. Can you provide references?
Yes, we have over 3500 clients we work with each year on different types of projects. We have a growing number of Orthodontic clients available as references.
7. How do I get started?
Call to make an appointment with Mr.Smith - Allow for a 30 to 45 minute consultation.
We will then provide a detailed proposal outlining all services and costs with in 48 hours.
Upon receiving a 25% deposit check - the process starts.
You will be billed over a period of time consistent with your delivery of services.
